I have been helping people with their problems, conflicts and emotional struggles for the past fifteen years and I love what I do. I feel passionately about helping people reach mutually acceptable agreements and move forward with their lives. I believe my training and experience as a mental health therapist gives me a huge advantage over mediators who are not skilled in this area: I understand the motivations which compel human behaviors, and how to help people get beyond painful emotions blocking their progress. I am a very compassionate person by nature, and after many years helping others with a variety of issues I know how to help clients reach workable agreements. I have 15 years of professional experience helping people resolve difficult issues as a therapist and mediator.

After receiving training I volunteered with Boulder Community Mediation Service and I also continue to work as a therapist and mediator.

I have a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling and I have completed Mediator Training with Denver University.

My website is called PeacefulProcess.com for a reason. You don't want to spend upwards of a hundred bucks an hour to fight. I am an expert at guiding people in a peaceful mediation process where respect is the rule and quick, affordable, mutally acceptable resolutions are my goal.

I charge $100 per hour for mediation and all related services at my Melody Drive office. At my other office locations the fee for mediation, initial interviews, reviewing documents and writing the mediation agreement is $150 per hour.
