Fees

MEDIATION: DFW area a cases $225 per party per 2 hours mediation, inclusive of mileage, pre-paid. Non-DFW area in Texas and all other areas in continental USA, $350 per party per 2 hours, plus airfare, perdiem, rental car and hotel, split between parties, prepaid. Non-continental USA, $400 per party per 2 hours, plus airfare, perdiem, rental car and hotel, split between parties, prepaid. Four hour minimum.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ARBITRATION: (includes decision write-up)

DFW area a cases $900 per party per 3 hours arbitration hearing, inclusive of mileage, pre-paid.

Non-DFW area in Texas greater than 1 hour drive, $1050 per party per 3 hour arbitration, plus airfare or mileage, perdiem, rental car and hotel split between parties, prepaid.

All other areas in continental USA, $1250 per party per 3 hours arbitration hearing, plus airfare, perdiem, rental car and hotel, split between parties, prepaid. >p> COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION ARBITRATION: (includes decision write-up)

DFW area a cases $1050 per party per 3 hours arbitration hearing, inclusive of mileage, pre-paid.

Non-DFW area in Texas greater than 1 hour drive, $1250 per party per 3 hour arbitration, plus airfare or mileage, perdiem, rental car and hotel split between parties, prepaid, six hour minimum.

All other areas in continental USA, $1500 per party per 3 hours arbitration hearing, plus airfare, perdiem, rental car and hotel, split between parties, prepaid, six hour minimum.
