Rates and Payment information Rates: $400/hour split equally between the parties. Payment: Fees are payable the day of mediation or arbitration. Cancellation Policy: $500 due if mediation or arbitration is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled ADR session. No Administrative Fee.
