Pam Horn

Pam Horn is the Assistant to the Executive Director. As building and office manager, she oversees building reservations, maintains all financial records, and directs all communication. In short, Pam organizes the daily operations of the Duncum Center.

Additionally, Pam serves as the student advisor for the Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation and the Certificate in Conflict Resolution programs.  Working closely with professors, facilitators, and student services, Pam helps students understand course requirements and scheduling. 

She is also the coordinator for Residency Session, a 40-hour training requirement for students hosted by the Dept. of Conflict Resolution in January and June of each year.  Pam organizes countless details to make this event a success.
