Education Experience She has served as a pro bono mediator for the Court in Denton County as well as the Better Business Bureau in Abilene, Texas. Ms. Wenetschlaeger is certified as an Arbitrator for the BBB Auto Line. She has also served as a mediator in the Ventura County, California Family Courts, the Small Claims Court of Los Angeles County and has trained inner city students in a Peer Mediation program for the City of Los Angeles. Awards/Distinctions Teaching/Speaking Ms. Wenetschlaeger teaches advanced mediation courses in Abilene Christian University’s Master’s Degree Program in Dispute Resolution. She has also taught for the Straus Institute of Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. She is a conference speaker/communication skills trainer, emphasizing the need for alternative dispute resolution in the faith-based communities as well as secular businesses.
