FEE SCHEDULE FOR INDIVIDUALS
Case Initiation Fee $45.00
Who pays: Party 1 (party initiating the case). Sharing the costs by both parties can be discussed as part of the mediation agreement.
When paid: Prior to CMS creating a file and contacting Party 2
Who paid to: Check mailed or delivered to CMS
What's covered: This non-refundable fee covers all administrative and case initiation services, whether or not Party 2 agrees to mediate and whether or not the case is actually mediated.
Reduced Fees: Our fees may be reduced or waived in special low-income circumstances
Mediation Fee: $45.00 per 2-hr session (most cases resolve in one session)

FEE SCHEDULE FOR BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS
Non-Profit Organizations and Schools
Mediation between up to 4 persons: $120 1st session / $60 addtl sessions
Mediation between 5 or more persons: $100 per hour, plus case development at $35 per hour
Businesses and Government Agencies
Mediation between up to 4 persons: $180 1st session / $90 addtl sessions
Mediation between 5 or more persons: $150 per hour, plus case development at $35 per hour
Public Policy Dispute Facilitation
Case Development: $35.00/per hour
Mediation/Facilitation Sessions: $200.00/per hour
Training Rates
"Appropriate Referral and Mediation Education": $50.00 per hour
"Advanced Communication Skills Training": $150.00 for 2-hr workshop
"Conflict Resolution Skills Training": $150.00 for 2-hr workshop
