Sterling Newberry, of The Open Door- Conflict Management Services, specializes in workplace mediation and conflict mangement systems. He delivers management training, is an experienced work unit team facilitator and trainer, and mediates in the U.S. Postal Services' REDRESS program. He volunteers as a community mediator, has moderated several mediation workshops and acted as a coach for other mediators. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern California Mediation Association.
