He also has experience handling cases involving Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) and the Alien Tort Statute (ATS) and Human Rights. Mr. Sequeira is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). His Mediation and Negotiation Services Corporation is government certified in California and is also Federally certified. Mr. Sequeira is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), International Trademark Association (INTA), American Society of International Law (ASIL), American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA), and a legal counsel for the Christian Center for Human Rights (CCDH). Fees and Provisos

$750/hour split equally between the parties, payable in advance.

Initiation Fee: $750 – Letter of Invitation to Mediate if only one party is initiating Mediation. (Once the other party agrees to Mediate $325 per party)

Pre-Mediation: $4,500 – ($2,250 per party)

Mediation Session: Full day $6,000 – ($3,000 per party)

No administrative fees.
