We specialise in training people and organisations to resolve conflict in the workplace. We provide independent mediation services and expert mediators. We can help you establish or strengthen your in-house mediation scheme. We offer the experience and expertise that comes from eleven years of training accredited mediators.

Steve Hindmarsh is one of the UK’s leading mediation trainers. Steve has been mediating and training mediators for over eleven years. Steve has trained over 1,300 people in skills to mediate or resolve conflict. Working with several of the largest employers in the UK and over 70 organisations at all levels in public, private and voluntary sector. He has trained mediator teams for 23 in-house mediation services.

We have established experience in training and managing mediators, service development and on-going support in a range of areas. Homelessness Mediation: We have trained mediators for a leading homelessness provider. Working in partnership with them from start up consultancy on bid development through to training mediators and on to staff supervision. Restorative Justice & Victim Offender Mediation: Extensive experience of managing a range of projects and training and supervising mediators. Health Complaints Conciliation: Conciliation of complaints for primary care services and trusts, as part of the NHS complaints procedure. We can train your conciliators in accredited mediation skills to strengthen their ability to resolve complaints and deal with complex and sensitive issues.
