Description of Practice
I am an Orange County divorce mediation attorney. My style is facilitative and I strive to empower both parties to communicate their positions, negotiate, and resolve their issues amicably. I help divorcing couples by using my experience, knowledge of the law, and creativity to help them find the solutions that will work best with their lives. The best settlement agreement is one where both parties are committed because they both actively participated in the mediated settlement process and are invested in the final agreement.
