Marc's P. Feldman's Divorce Mediation Center is a professional organization expert in resolving conflict, creating agreement and creative problem solving. By identifying points of agreement and then isolating and resolving points of disagreement, Marc helps participants make informed, intelligent decisions that both sides believe are fair and in their own best interest. In doing so, Marc helps untangle the parties intertwined lives and assists clients to assess their true needs and interests. Marc has a wide range of legal experience including Family Law, Adoption, Juvenile Delinquency, Bankruptcy and Immigration.

Marc P. Feldman is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. Marc is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. He is a Barisiter of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court, member of the Barry I. Crowland Family Inn of Court and a member of the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi Alternative Dispute Resolution Inn of Court. Marc is approved under the New Jersey Court Rules as a mediator in family and divorce matters. He is on the Administrative Office of the Courts’ roster of mediators for the mediation of the economic aspects of family law cases. Marc completed intensive training in Divorce Mediation and Civil Mediation.

Marc graduated from Brandeis University, Waltham, Massachusetts in 1984 with a double major in History and American Studies. He graduated from Seton Hall University – School of Law, Newark, New Jersey in 1987 with a Doctorate in Law. Marc was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judges Joseph Visalli, Richard Williams, Dennis Brathwaite, Charles R. Previti and John G. Himmelberger, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Cape May, New Jersey.
