Description of Practice
Shirli specialises in mediation and the design of conflict management systems. She consulted to the Australian National Electricity Code Administrator (NECA) on the dispute resolution procedures for the National Electricity Market and is currently conducting a review of these. She has also designed a number of systems for private companies and is involved in evaluating systems.
