About OMA

The Oregon Mediation Association is a statewide 501(c)(3) organization of approximately 350 mediators and supporters of mediation.  OMA was founded in 1986. Membership in OMA offers mediators a chance to join together to elevate the quality of mediation services and to expand the availability of mediation programs and services in Oregon.

OMA also offers supporters the opportunity to make a difference in how we resolve conflict in Oregon. OMA seeks to shift Oregon away from the traditional adversarial approach to conflict toward a collaborative mediation approach.
