Carolina Mauro is a qualified Italian lawyer and member of the Udine bar. After graduating cum laude from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2016, she passed the Italian bar exam and qualified as an ‘avvocato’ in 2018. In September 2020 she successfully completed an LL.M in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London, awarded with distinction. She is currently based in London, where she works as a research assistant for Ms Sophie Nappert, arbitrator in independent practice at 3 Verulam Buildings. She is Lead Rapporteur at CyberArb, a newly established multidisciplinary initiative aiming to raise awareness on cybersecurity and personal data protection issues in the field of international arbitration.
