Charles Pou, Jr. is a partner in the Washington, D.C., dispute resolution firm of Harter & Pou , and is currently a consultant to the Environmental Protection Agency on roster matters. He served as director of the Dispute Resolution Program at the Administrative Conference of the U.S. for more than a decade.
