Christianna Gozzi graduated cum laude from Wagner College with a BA in psychology. As part of her senior honors thesis, she conducted research on the conditions under which people endure hazing practices in fraternities.After spending time abroad, she enrolled in Teachers College, Columbia University where she completed her MA in organizational psychology with a concentration in conflict resolution.Christianna worked as a research assistant and graduate teaching assistant at the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Teachers College (ICCCR). Her research at the ICCCR centered around examining the necessary and sufficient conditions for sustainable peace and constructive conflict resolution. She also served as an intern at The HALO Trust, USA; the world’s leading landmine clearance agency. Christianna previously served as the Consortium's International Development and Adminstrative Officer for the 2010-2011 year.
