Ellen Kabcenell Wayne, JD, MS Conflict Analysis and Resolution, is an Assistant Professor in Negotiations and Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore. There, she teaches Organizational Conflict and Conflict Management; Negotiations: Theory and Practice; Approaches to Managing Conflict; Third Party Roles in Conflict; and Research Methods. Her research and practice focus is on organizational conflict management, conflict management systems, evaluation, and dialogue processes. She received a J.D. from the University of North Carolina and practiced employment law extensively prior to earning a M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
