Garrett Parks is a third-year law student at Rutgers Law School - Newark. Currently, he is working with Rutgers to establish a program or competition for students to qualify to represent the law school at the ICC Mediation Competition. Previously, he worked as a mediator for the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs ADR Unit. Upon graduation in May, 2010, Garrett will be joining the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP in the firm’s Anchorage, Alaska office.
