Jennifer is a seasoned workplace investigator, employment litigation attorney, adjudicator, and dispute resolution specialist. She worked as a mediator with the Fulton County Landlord/Tenant Court in the United States for two years participated in the training of new mediators, and worked as a mediator for eight years before moving to New Zealand.
From 2001 to 2010, she was a successful employment litigation defence attorney with the law firm of Hunter Maclean in Savannah, Georgia, United States. She has extensive experience in workplace harassment and discrimination investigations. She also provided monthly training and consultation to employers throughout Georgia on legal compliance and workplace policies and procedures.
Jennifer is an Associate Member of AMINZ and has a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. She continues to be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
