Justinas Jarusevicius is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in our Vilnius office.
Justinas is a prominent dispute lawyer active in some of the firm's most significant and sensitive cases. He specialises in litigation and arbitration and advises our key clients in complex disputes. He also works with post-deal and shareholder disputes as well as competition law. Justinas' practice includes projects where clients are represented before the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Republic of Lithuania.
Justinas has worked as a case manager in several shareholder disputes, which included investigation of legal person activity, and was the leading lawyer on numerous restructuring and insolvency procedures as well as public interest litigation. His experience includes working as a counsel in real estate and regulatory litigation, and participation in several high-value arbitration cases.
