Justice K Kannan was formerly a Judge at High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh, India. He is presently the Chairman of the Railways Claims Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. A trained mediator, Justice Kannan has been actively involved in more than 50 court-annexed mediation.
