Kristyn is an active member of The Academy of Professional Family Mediators. Prior to joining The Aurit Center, Kristyn worked as an Assistant Mediation Case Coordinator at The Conflict Resolution Center and as a researcher for the Michigan Supreme Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Department. In addition to her commitment to the field of dispute resolution, Kristyn has dedicated her life to community service. She works weekly with The Arizona Animal Welfare League. She has also assists in organizing events for The Girls on the Run Maricopa County and volunteers with a focus on equal access to food in the Phoenix area.
Kristyn is a licensed Arizona attorney, but devotes 100% of her practice to divorce mediation. She holds a strong belief that spouses and parents should stay in control of their own divorce terms and avoid conflict in court. She is known for working with clients toward very creative solutions in order to meet important interests of both spouses. She is devoted to reducing conflict between divorcing parents in order to best support healthy co-parenting after divorce.
