NANCY NEAL YEEND is an experienced, nationally recognized dispute management strategist and mediator. For over 40 years she has mediated civil cases, including real estate, construction, employment, intellectual property and related business issues, and served on trial and appellate
panels. She has served as faculty at the National Judicial College for 28 years. Nancy has trained over 6000 mediators nationally in the art of mediation. She has numerous publications to her credit on a wide variety of ADR related topics including the first, national, study of appellate ADR in state
