Nancy Oretskin is the Co-Director of the U.S.-Mexico Conflict Resolution Center (CRC) and an Associate Professor in the College of Business Administration and Economics at New Mexico State University where she teaches graduate and undergraduate classes in Business Law, Contemporary Legal Issues and Business Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Ms. Oretskin is a member of the NAFTA Advisory Committee on Private Commercial Disputes. She mediates commercial disputes between private business parties from the U.S. and Mexico. Ms. Oretskin has published articles on mediation and the use of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Oretskin has a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to becoming an attorney and a professor at New Mexico State University, Ms. Oretskin, managed a family-owned retail-wholesale food business.
