Richard C. Reuben is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, a Senior Fellow at the law school's Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution, and Vice-Chair of the Ombuds Committee of the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He also served as a Reporter for the Uniform Mediation Act Project, which was recently enacted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and endorsed by the American Bar Association House of Delegates.
