Saasha Malpani is an Associate with the Dispute Resolution team of Khaitan & Co, Mumbai. Her focus lies on proceedings before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai bench) and in domestic and international commercial arbitration. Saasha is in the Editorial team of her law firm and has written on a host of contemporary issues in Indian commercial law.
Saasha is a commercial mediator and negotiator, accredited by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the aegis of the Government of India. She is also a civil-commercial mediator accredited by ADR-ODR International, London. She has successfully completed a workshop on ‘Advocacy in Mediation’ conducted by the Centre for Arbitration and Mediation Practice, Bengaluru. She was a panelist on the round-table conference on 'Mediation in Commercial Disputes in India' conducted in 2019 by the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and she regularly judges mediation competitions across law schools in India.
