Seth Lubin is the case manager for the Safe Horizon Manhattan Mediation Center, one of the largest mediation centers in the country. He is currently writing a manual on case management and is responsible for more than 2,000 clients a year. He graduated in May 2007 with a B.A. and an M.A. in Society, Religion, and Conflict from Boston University.
