Ulyana Bardyn

Ulyana Bardyn is a senior managing associate based in the Dentons New York office. Ms. Bardyn is a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution practice group. Her practice is focused on complex cross-border disputes, including international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, and commercial litigation. Ms. Bardyn previously worked with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where she oversaw hundreds of arbitration matters.  Ms. Bardyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and she sits as an arbitrator. Ms. Bardyn also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Brooklyn Law School teaching a class on investment law and as an Assistant Editor for the Kluwer Arbitration Blog covering North Americas.  Ms. Bardyn holds an LL.M. focused on international dispute resolution from Georgetown University Law Center and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary, University of London, as well as a J.D.-equivalent from the University of Lviv in Ukraine.
