Reflective Practice & the Structured Reflective Instrument for Continuously Improving 3rd-Party Interventions with Michael Lang, Esq & Tzofnat Peleg-Baker, PhD
Do you find yourself contemplating ways to enhance the quality of your work as a 3rd-Party Intervener? What are effective ways to serve the parties? And how can you harness your colleagues’ collective wisdom to improve practice
For the past few decades, Michael and Tzofnat have dedicated themselves to developing and implementing Reflective Practice (RP) to enhance the work of third-party interveners. In their recent article, they advocate for the vital role of consistent cognitive and structured reflection in building excellence. Reflective practice provides a unique space for exploring implicit goals and concerns alongside explicit issues.
