This is a 3-day intensive training course fulfilling the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act requirements for mediators doing court-ordered family mediation and following the standards set by the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable. The sessions include family law, family dynamics, domestic violence (meeting the new Civil Practice and Remedies Code requirement), child development, ethical and practical considerations and finances in family cases. There is a $50.00 Discount for participants who took our basic class.
