The Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual property Office (EUIPO), in cooperation with the EUIPO’s Academy, will host the fourth edition of the international Intellectual Property (IP) Mediation Conference. It will be on 19 and 20 October 2023 at the EUIPO’s headquarters in Alicante, Spain. It will also be possible to attend online.
The IP Mediation Conference brings together representatives from a broad variety of stakeholders committed to mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, from all over the world. In particular, we will be welcoming speakers and delegates from IP offices, EU institutions and policy makers, lawyers, in-house counsels and other IP practitioners, judges, leading mediation institutions, sectors of international industry, owners of small businesses, international IP users, and ADR training providers, as well as academia.
