Core Competencies for Mediating Child and Spousal Support

This two day mediation training will be presented Thursday, September 8th from 9:00 am to 4:30pm and Friday, September 9th from 9:00am to 12:30 pm. The training is designed for experienced family law attorneys, attorneys new to family law, mediators, and other professionals. Terri Breer, Attorney and Mediator with over 30 years of experience in family law mediation will present a comprehensive training along with Special Guest Trainer, Steve Newman, CPA, CFF & CDFA that will include calculating Guideline Child Support, Determining Income Available for Support, Handling Bonus Compensation, Using the Factors in Family Code 4320 to Negotiate Spousal Support, Child Related Tax Exemptions and Credits
