HR Conflict Management: Coaching Steps for Resolving Workplace Conflicts

In this two-hour session, participants will practice the steps of conflict coaching for use by supervisors or internal or external consultants. Topics include defining positions and interests, recognizing one’s own reactions to conflict in order to control those reactions, using listening skills to draw out interests while avoiding common traps, and more.
