This program is a panel discussion featuring three of MBBI’s Board members, Justices Joyce Aluoch (ICC Judge), AK Sikri (Supreme Court of India), and Kristi Harrington (SC Circuit Court) examining the critical role that the judiciary plays in supporting societies threatened with the rise of authoritarian governments. The panelists will examine the politicization of the judiciary, the challenges of maintaining equilibrium in decision making as they address identity, belonging, and migration.
