This course is for those who want to learn the process of mediation in order to provide mediation services through their workplace or organization. If you want to become a Massachusetts qualified mediator these are the first 24 hours of 40 hours required training. Further training is needed for those who wish to become qualified to mediate with MV Mediation and in Court settings.
