This course provides a beginning understanding of the conflict coaching process. We utilize the CLAMSHELL model, a structured and systematic protocol for two one-hour coaching sessions. Participants are oriented to utilize the Coaching and Participant manuals. Meetings will be by Zoom video conferencing.
