This training explores explores multiple Hierarchies of Needs that form the underpinnings of human motivation, conflict and resolution.
These are: the Deficiency (classic Maslow), Growth Hierarchy, Corporate Hierarchies and The Needs of Nations (the Body Politic). The information will assist you to:
1. Assess, understand and embrace conflict
2 Get to the root of the matter
3. Discover a “good fit” for teams, partnerships and relationships
4. Gain new grasp of our common humanity
5. Access tools to navigate personal and social unrest
