Re-Framing is an essential skill for all mediators.
Purpose of this training:
• To assist you to more fully grasp the nature and function of frames
• To understand the relationship between frames and Identity
• To appreciate the creative, causative, and historical power of frames
• To gain skill in evaluating whether current frames are still serving us
• To provide simple, intermediate, and advanced techniques for re-framing multiple issues and incoming stimuli
• To familiarize you with the purpose, wise use, and methods of re-framing past, current and historically prevailing frames
• To inquire whether there are frames that underlie the social fabric that can stand the test of time
• To inquire what kinds of frames can best foster and serve our Common Ground
