This position requires a high degree of competence in all areas of Ombuds work as well as high organizational and technological proficiency

It requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

High level of skill and knowledge of the appropriate role of the organizational ombuds and ability to use sensitivity as the first point of contact for the office to field concerns from individuals who may be dealing with stressful or difficult situations
•
Demonstrable experience using interpersonal, effective listening, and communication skills to work with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures within a complex and multi-layered organization
