CASE ADMINISTRATOR:
The Case Administrator performs a variety of case management duties for JWA, Inc. This full-time position will work within regular business hours.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General intake of new cases and maintaining filing systems (electronic and physical) for case management
Communicating with judges and attorneys on case files
Schedule and lead all telephonic and Zoom hearings for cases
Provide all required documentation in a timely manner, which may include client follow-up, outcome evaluation, client contact sheets and evaluations
