I serve exclusively as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit, County, Family and Appellate Court mediator, as a United States District Court, Middle District of Florida Certified Mediator and as a qualified arbitrator in civil litigation throughout the State of Florida, including personal injury and wrongful death, product liability, insurance coverage property claims, commercial, real estate, workers’ compensation, homeowners’ association, nursing home and family cases. My experience is built on 34 years as a practicing litigator, prosecuting and defending cases from pre-suit through verdict and appeal, and includes attendance and negotiation at countless mediations and arbitrations.
The geographic scope of my services includes: (a) all Circuits from the Fifth through and including the Thirteenth Circuits, the Twentieth Circuit, and by telephone appointment, the Fifteenth, Seventeenth and Eighteenth Circuits; (b) the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida – Ft. Myers, Ocala, Orlando and Tampa Divisions.
