Cost is a huge benefit of divorce mediation and knowing up front what you will pay provides a sense of relief that I find helps clients to focus on what matters most–preparing for their return to single lives. To provide this relief, I offer flat fee packages and hourly services. Mediation costs typically range between $3,500.00 and $8,500.00 depending on the complexity of your matter.
During your orientation, we will discuss which package is most likely to fit your needs. Packages do not include court fees or the fees of any other professionals you decide to hire during your divorce mediation.
For 2017, my hourly rate is $350.00 per hour. Hourly services are encouraged only if the clients have a very simple divorce. Otherwise, the packages usually save the clients money when compared to hourly billing.
