PERSONAL STATEMENT:I believe in mediation as a transformative &empowering process.If the emphasis is placed on the process,resolutions usually emerge if they exist.I create a relaxed and safe environment to assist the parties in communication,exploring their options, identifying issues and staying on track.While I’m well versed in directive and evaluative strategies I use them sparingly,& only when needed to move through obstructions and jumpstart the transformative process.
