*Manhattan & Long Island Offices, Video Sessions. I help people reach agreement and resolve disputes, saving you time and money and protecting your relationships. Areas include inheritance, estate, and trust disputes; prenups and postnups; elder care and multigenerational disputes.
My legal practice includes wills, trusts, and probate as well. I’ve practiced law in NY and NJ for 17 years.
Hiking, singing, writing, and family and friends fill my spare time.
I craft a mediation model for each situation, drawing on a wide variety of techniques. For example, some cases may resolve in a couple joint sessions, while high conflict cases may benefit from individual sessions with each party. I may facilitate creative solutions from family members, such as when an elder is transitioning to long term care. While mediating prenups or a dispute over an inheritance, I also educate parties about the legal issues at play.
