Cassandra Massey, J.D., is dedicated to helping her clients navigate life, relationship, and legal conflict in a creative and caring way. After witnessing too many traditional divorces end up in contentious and over-litigated court cases that often cause irreparable harm to their most important relationships, many taking several years, and some costing upwards of a hundred thousand dollars, Cassandra knew that there had to be a better way forward for these families. Today, Cassandra is on a mission to help divorcing couples navigate the divorce process in a less stressful, less expensive, less time-consuming, more compassionate, more collaborative, and more empowering way.
Cassandra firmly believes that sensitive and often emotionally-charged family issues are best resolved privately where individuals can maintain control over and mutually agree upon these personal family decisions. She specializes in helping divorcing couples navigate the divorce process in a more empowering and caring way.
Cassandra holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego (2002), a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2005), a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology, and is a Certified Co-Parenting Specialist.
