Chris, principal mediator of Fierro Mediation, has been a practicing civil litigation attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1990 and a certified mediator since 2009. In his role at Fierro Mediation, Chris uses his decades of advocacy skills to resolve disputes before they reach court. Chris mediates a wide range of areas including general business, personal injury, property damages, contracts, leasing, employment, landlord – tenant, and neighbor/community disputes. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in French, Chris is well-equipped to handle diverse cases. He is dedicated to working with parties to reach cooperative and economical resolutions that are legally enforceable. Chris has trained extensively in online mediation, allowing for flexible scheduling, competitive rates, and a process adaptable to most needs.
Fees are $250.00 per hour ($125.00 per hour per party for two parties). Add $125 per party per hour for additional parties.
Online Mediations: Minimum session is 4 hours, with 1 hour reserved for pre-session review. Mediations are conducted via Zoom. WhatsApp or other platform agreed upon by the parties. Fees are $250 per hour payable in advance. We recommend payment be divided equally between the parties. Services provided for time in excess of the scheduled mediation will be billed at $125 per hour per party.
Face to Face (in Person) Mediations: Contact Chris if in person mediation desired.
Cancellation Policy: Mediations canceled with less than 96 hours (four days) notice before the first scheduled meeting will be charged $500.
