Certified to mediate a wide variety of civil disputes pre or post-litigation, she was appointed to serve on the Commercial Mediation Panel in Nassau County Supreme Court, Superstorm Sandy/Natural Disaster Mediation Panel in Eastern District of the United States District Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel of the Nassau County Bar Association, and is a member of the ADR Advisory Council of the Nassau County Bar Association.
Ms. Korth earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from St. John’s University, magna cum, laude, and then graduated from its School of Law with honors. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at her alma mater and was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law at St. John’s University School of Law.
She is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
