Mediation and litigation of family law and personal injury cases. Over 25 years of experience. My focus is to try to mediate and negotiate disputes when possible, but it is always important to be prepared to litigate if necessary.

I have been mediating disputes between parties for over 25 years. I was on the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution for over 10 years. This included participation in collegiate and international law school mediation tournaments as a judge.

Approach

My approach to dispute resolution is to find the most reasonable and peaceful conclusion at a low cost. My philosophy is that a negotiated agreement is always better than a decision by a third party. As a mediator, I can help guide you to that resolution.
