Columbia University, MS in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution - 2011 (Capstone project on the co-creation of conflict in the NYC hansom cab debate)
Phoenix Dispute Resolution (in progress, expected completion, Oct 2023) - 40-hour mediation training certificate, approved by the New York State Unified Court System's Office of ADR programs under Part 146. The course is also accredited by the International Mediation Institute and the Civil Mediation Council
