People experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways; there is no one \”right\” way of thinking, learning, behaving and being. Our uniquely individual and neurodiverse brains are wired to work differently. These differences affect our perceptions, responses and social interactions. I strive to ensure that clients feel heard and seen and accepted for exactly who they are and where they are, at any point in their lives.

I am inclusive and accepting, direct and encouraging. My therapeutic approach is an integration of my experience, education & training.
